As a senior sales leader he has led 50+ people organizations across North America and has had a remit that included new customer acquisition, growing existing customer revenue and retention of multi-year subscription customers. His ability to align customer business issues; map capabilities to these and deliver outcomes has become a core competency. He has experience in assimilating an acquired company of people and assets during his corporate career so understands the importance of learning then prescribing. Brian’s leadership foundation was built during his time as an Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he managed large, mission-critical operations domestically and abroad. He believes deeply in the importance of community impact, advocating for mentorship, workplace equity and supporting at-risk youth as an Executive Sponsor and Board Member for organizations driving meaningful change
